How The Power of Visibility Masterclass Will Elevate African Women’s Leadership in Midrand on 17 May 2025

According to the 2025 Grant Thornton Women in Business Report, South Africa now leads globally in gender-diverse leadership, with women holding 47.2% of senior management roles. This achievement contrasts sharply with broader regional data, where women’s representation in senior positions across Africa has declined from 41.3% in 2024 to 36.6% in 2025.
